Wholesale Sales Director
Fulltime, 40 hours per week | Amsterdam
The Wholesale Sale Director is responsible for all national and international wholesale sales of the Rivièra Maison Group. This both in the dealer and the B2B market. The Wholesale Director will be member of the management team. The Wholesale Sales Director is responsible to drive sales and to optimize margin by developing markets, opening new markets while focussing on customer loyalty.
- Drive growth
- Set and execute the sales policy focussing on growth and margin. Focussing on new business and optimizing dealer churn
- Provide and drive sales targets and forecasts for all markets
- Develop the sales organisation in cooperation with CEO and COO
- Translate market research into sales opportunities
- Maintain relevant contacts in the markets and manage key accounts
- Manage the sales organization on dealer and B2B sales, 20 FTE’s and multiple sales agents
- Set and manage efficient and effective sales processes: Prospect handling, sales and order book management
We look for an ambitious Wholesale Sales Director with experience in closing relevant deals, finding opportunities and proactive selling. The director should be an entrepreneur with a strong focus on relations and professionalization of the sales processes. The director can motivate teams and is a coach and team builder. The director has great analytical skills and is flexible.
We look for an experienced sales director with university degree or equivalent, with 6 to 10 years experience in a similar job. Preferably he or she has a strong network in the furniture and accessories wholesale business. The director has to be fluent in Dutch, English and German languages.
